Congratulations to the second winner of the three candles press first book award! Jehanne Dubrow's manuscript After the Broken World was selected by Peter Pereira. The two runners-up were Morgan Grayce Willow and Steve Kistulentz. Other finalists were Alice George, Robert Krut, C. Durning Carroll, Joseph Wood, Ian Doumit, Carolyn Moore, Lesley Wheeler, and Gary L. McDowell. Congratulations to Jehanne Dubrow, Morgan Grayce Willow, Steve Kistulentz, and the finalists! Ms. Dubrow's book will be published in the winter of 2008.

Andrew Demcak's book Catching Tigers in Red Weather has been selected by Joan Larkin for the three candles press open book award. His book will be published in November.

Peter Pereira has been selected as the judge for the second three candles press first book award, which will open in March.

Tony Trigilio's book The Llama's English Lessons, selected by Joseph Millar as the winner of the three candles first book prize, is now available

William E. Stobb's book, Nervous Systems, a finalist for the three candles press first book prize, has been selected as a winner for the National Poetry Award series and will be published by Penguin in April. Ten of his poems are featured in Digerati.
